Delivery
This offer applies to all orders over $ 100 (before taxes, fees, and promotion codes) that are shipped by standard delivery. On the product page, you can see if a product is eligible for free delivery.
The free shipping is not offered in regions with postal codes that begin with :
J0M : Nunavik, Quebec
X0A : Qikiqtaaluk region, Nunavut
X0B : Kitikmeot region, Nunavut
X0C : Kivalliq region, Nunavut
X0E : central region of the North-West Territories, northwest Territories
X0G : a region in the south-west of the North-West Territories, northwest Territories
Y0A : region of south-eastern Yukon, Yukon
Y0B : central Yukon, Yukon
* Some remote areas of Canada can only be serviced by air. In these cases, the free shipping is not available and additional shipping charges may apply. If you have to pay additional fees for the delivery of your order, we will contact you to ask you if you agree to pay for them, or if you prefer to cancel your order. If we have not received any response within 48 hours, your order will be automatically cancelled.

Shop Option makes every effort for you to be fully satisfied. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can ship back to our warehouse, provided that it is accompanied by its original packaging and proof of purchase.
The return policy is paid within 15 days of the date on the packing slip. For hygiene reasons, no exchange or refund is not applicable on the underwear and shirts.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, if you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or your original method of payment, within a certain time limit. The costs of shipping and transportation are not refundable. The return costs are the responsibility of the consumer.
Stocks & Inventory
We strive to keep an accurate inventory of our stocks, but there is no guarantee of availability.
An item placed in a shopping cart is not reserved for office and the quantities could be depleted if other customers buy the same item.
If we find gaps in our stock, it may be that we delete an item or cancel an order that we are unable to run.
In the latter case we will notify you by email that we cannot ship a item that you have ordered. In this case it will be credited.
Final Liquidation
The articles at a reduced price are in final liquidation; these items are not subject for a refund, an exchange or a store credit.
